Penyakit hari ni...... heart failure

Definition : problem with the structure or function of the heart impairs its ability to supply sufficient blood flowto meet the body's needs.The phrase is often incorrectly used to describe other cardiac-related illnesses, such as myocardial infarction(heart attack) or cardiac arrest.

Com. causes : Myocardial Infarction , hypertension , valvular heart disease , cardiomyopathy.

Symptoms : dsypnea (difficulties in breathing) coughing, ankle sweeling, intolerance in exercise..

SigN : LHF (left sided heart failure)

RHF (right sided heart failure)

CHF (chronic Heart Failure)

Biventricular failure
